Barre to Table: Intentional Movement, Thoughtful Dining is a unique wellness and dining experience created in collaboration by The Kopper Kitchen and Muse Movement.
The evening begins with a guided barre class led by Muse Movement, designed to ground, strengthen, and energize. After class, guests will transition into a beautifully curated, multi-course dinner prepared by The Kopper Kitchen—celebrating seasonal ingredients, mindful nourishment, and shared connection.
This experience is intentionally paced, welcoming, and designed to feel both elevated and approachable. Whether you come solo or with a friend, expect movement, conversation, and a table worth lingering at.
