Wedding Sample Menus

EVERY MENU IS CUSTOMIZED FOR EACH CLIENT. I CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR PREFERENCES AND SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS.

TIER 1: $30 per head

Served family style or buffet.

Salad - your choice of house or Caesar salad.

Entrée - Choose one of the following to be served in an 8-ounce portion or choose
two items to be served as a protein duet in 4-ounce portions. 

  • Herb roasted chicken

  • Signature shrimp skewers

  • Smoked Brisket

  • Chicken parmesan

  • Pork tenderloin medallions

  • Grilled beef tri-tip roast

  • Wild Caught Salmon served with either a pesto butter or huckleberry glaze.

  • Wild Caught Mahi-Mahi served one of three ways: blackened with mango avocado salsa, parmesan herb, or baked with tomatoes, olives and capers.

Sides - Your choice of two of the following:

  • Herb Roasted red potatoes

  • Mac n cheese

  • Risotto – flavor profile suggested based on your entrée choice

  • Lemon herb butter orzo

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • Chipotle smoked scalloped potatoes

  • Italian pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, baby cucumbers, Kalamata olives and feta

  • Toasted Almond Rice Pilaf

  • Roasted brussels sprouts

  • Italian vegetable medley with summer squash, zucchini and sweet onions

  • Green beans almandine

  • Roasted baby carrots

  • Lemon broccolini

  • Citrus chili marinated roasted asparagus

TIER 2: $40 per head

Served family style or buffet.

Salad - your choice of house or Caesar salad or upgrade to a wedge salad or warm Brussel sprouts salad.

Entrée – Choose one of the following to be served in an 8-ounce portion or choose two items to be served as a protein duet in 4-ounce portions

 

  • Sirloin with chimichurri

  • Bison Medallions (only available in 4 ounce portions)

  • Signature shrimp skewers

  • Fettuccini with garlic shrimp

  • Red wine braised short ribs

  • Beef tenderloin medallions

  • Langostino mac and cheese

Sides - Your choice of two of the following:

  • Herb Roasted red potatoes

  • Mac n cheese

  • Risotto – flavor profile suggested based on your entrée choice

  • Lemon herb butter orzo

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes

TIER 3 : $50 per head

Plated or buffet with option of carving or other stations.

 

Salad – choose any of the salad options from Tier 1 or 2, or your choice of either an Italian chop salad or baby spinach salad with strawberries, toasted almonds and goat cheese with a poppy seed vinaigrette.

 

Entrée – Choose one of the following to be served in an 8-ounce portion or choose two items to be served as a protein duet in 4-ounce portions.

  • Elk or Bison tenderloin (if available)

  • Prime Rib carving station with au jus and horseradish crème

  • Balsamic glazed wild caught halibut

  • Creole style crab cakes with fresh dill and spicy remoulade

  • Lemon Butter seared scallops with capers

  • USDA Prime beef tenderloin medallions

  • Seafood medley pasta (with shrimp, scallops, clams and seasonal fish)

Sides - your choice of two of the following:

All wedding Tiers include set up and delivery within 20 miles of Kalispell.  Locations outside that range will include a delivery fee. Additionally, all necessary service ware (chaffing dishes, platters, etc.) and serving utensils are included in price.  Appetizers are not included in wedding tiers but may be ordered at an additional charge. There will be a gratuity of 18% added on all food costs.

 

For the 2020 wedding season, we are offering a special on rentals.  You can add the rental of an appetizer or salad plate, entrée plate, appetizer fork, dinner fork, dinner knife, steak knife and linen napkin (black or white), and a water glass for $5 per person. 

 

Coffee service is available at a flat rate of $50 per every 25 people and will include regular and/or decaf coffee, disposable cups, sugar and a variety of sugar substitutes and cream.  A selection of teas with hot water is also available.
